This policy explains what Trey's Detailing Company does with your personal information. It covers this website and the ways you can contact or book with us.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number and email address, when you give them to us.
- The service address for mobile work.
- Vehicle details relevant to quoting and carrying out the work.
- Appointment history and the services carried out.
How we use it
To quote work, schedule and carry out appointments, contact you about a booking, and take payment. We do not sell your personal information.
This website
This site loads no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. When you send the quote form, what you typed is stored on our behalf by Cloudflare, Inc. (our hosting and email provider, based in the United States) and emailed to us. The form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots; it does not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
Online booking and other third parties
Quote requests are also sent to our customer management system (GoHighLevel), which we use to follow up on your quote by phone, email or, if you agreed, text. Online booking and payment run on a separate scheduling platform, shown inside our Book Online page and at book.treysdetailingco.com, not on this site's servers. Anything you enter there is governed by that provider's own privacy policy and terms, not this one. The same applies to links to Google Maps, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or any other external site. We share your details with these providers only as needed to schedule and take payment for your work.
Text messages
If you tick the text-message box on the quote form, you agree to receive automated marketing and service text messages from Trey's Detailing Company at the number you gave us. Consent is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can stop at any time by replying STOP to the number that messaged you, or by asking us directly. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with your booking activity. We do not share your consent or mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention
Quote requests sent through this site are deleted automatically 24 months after they are sent, or within 30 days of your request. Customer and job records kept in our booking system are kept for as long as needed to run the business and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will deal with it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of; if that ever changed, this policy would say so first.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use information you have already given us will be explained here before they apply.
